How To Use: Anoint the respective chakra point with your roll on (example: anoint heart center if using heart chakra roll on). As you enter your meditative state, breathe with intention and say your affirmation. Dap on your wrists, temples, behind your ears and/or on whatever pressure points resonate with you. Inhale and let the vibes take over.
